Terms and Conditions

General

  1. This agreement is made between YOU the individual or the parent in the case of a family registration and SPAMJAB which is a trading name of Q1online Ltd whose offices are at Clarendon House, Shenley Road, Borehamwood, Herts WD6 1AG, England.

  2. USER refers to the individual/s signed up to use the service.

  3. SPAMJAB provides a service, which prevents unsolicited and/or inappropriate e-mails (SPAM) reaching the USER.

  4. Whilst SPAMJAB takes every effort to provide a smooth running service SPAMJAB does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure or error free.

  5. YOU agree to notify SPAMJAB if any inappropriate or unwanted e-mails get through to USER.

  6. Whilst SPAMJAB make every effort to maintain the confidentiality of all emails that pass through the SPAMJAB servers, SPAMJAB does not guarantee such.

  7. YOU agree that SPAMJAB may under certain circumstances and without prior notice immediately terminate USER account. Causes for such termination include but are not limited to (a) breaches of these terms and conditions, (b) requests by law enforcement, and (c) unexpected technical issues.

  8. YOU acknowledge and agree that the service provided by SPAMJAB and any necessary software used in connection with this service contain proprietary rights and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws.

  9. YOU expressly understand that USER use of the service is at USER sole risk and is provided on an as is and as available basis.

  10. YOU expressly understand and agree that SPAMJAB shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or any other type of loss resulting out of the use or the inability to use the service.

  11. YOU understand that the free trial is only open to new customers.

  12. On YOU not paying at the end of the free trial USER service will be stopped. Any pop3 USER account will need to be reset to its original setting by YOU and USER will then be able to collect USER emails as before USER joined the service.

  13. No refund shall be given if USER cancels the service part way through a subscription year. However any remaining time will be kept as credit and can be used should USER decide to rejoin.

  14. The terms and conditions of the service may change from time to time and it is up to YOU to regularly check our web site for any such changes.

Guarantee

  1. If any Spam gets through to USER inbox from 30 days of USER joining the service YOU will be entitled to a full refund of the monies YOU paid for the SPAMJAB service, provide YOU report the Spam to kate@spamjab.com.

  2. Once the report has been received YOU will receive an email explaining how to get your refund.

  3. YOU understand that whilst the service is free for new users there is nothing to refund.

  4. SPAMJAB adds people USER receive email from regularly to USER friends list; the guarantee excludes emails sent to USER by users in USER friends list.

  5. The guarantee excludes emails that are written in a foreign language.

  6. The guarantee excludes emails sent by SPAMJAB.

  7. On YOU taking up the refund USER service will be stopped. Any pop3 USER account will need to be reset to its original setting by YOU and USER will then be able to collect USER emails as before USER joined the service. If USER had an email account @Spamjab.com then this account will be closed.

Spamjab Email Accounts

  1. If USER take a SPAMJAB email account then YOU are responsible for the emails sent by USER through the SPAMJAB server.

  2. YOU agree not to let USER send e-mails that are unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, racially or ethnically or otherwise objectionable.

  3. YOU agree not to let USER send e-mails that breach any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights

  4. You agree not to let USER send junk mails, chain letters, pyramid schemes or any other form of solicitation

  5. YOU agree not to let USER send e-mails containing software viruses or such like.

  6. YOU agree not to let USER send e-mails that intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law.

  7. YOU agree not to let USER send e-mails for the purposes of stalking or otherwise harassing another.

  8. YOU agree to indemnify and hold SPAMJAB and its agents harmless from any claim or demand made by any third party due or arising out of USER use of the service.
